Compared with the ordinary O-SEPA powder classifier, the improved O-SEPA powder classifier has the following characteristics in its structure：
- The special shaped rotor blade replaced the generalrotor blade and has increased the separating region. In practical terms, the material separation rate is higher and better.
- The inside of O-SEPA powder separator increase eddy current scatter. It has the advantages as follows：
- Transfer the energy generated from flow rotation to rotor , reducing the driving device of power consumption , while avoiding the eddy current energy consumption.
- Tangential velocity of exit guide vane by using eddy current scatter is reduced and the wear is decreased and the life is prolonged .
- The particle size distribution is much more concentrated and the particle grading is much more reasonable . The product quality has been obviously improved .
